don’t cancel).
- You must present yourself well; dress nicely and be clean!
- You must adhere to the Colorado Ushers dress code: Black slacks/skirt,
black shoes, white dress shirt (no ruffles), and black belt. Colorado
U shers does not provide these clothes.
How Do I Apply To
Be A Volunteer Usher?
1. Contact Colorado
Ushers and ask for a Volunteer Profile form. Return the completed
form to Colorado Ushers.
2. A Colorado Ushers
Ambassador will contact you to set up an interview. You will be
asked to come dressed in Colorado Ushers "dress code" to the interview.
3. Once you have completed
the interview process you will be asked to attend a 3.5-hour New
Volunteer Training. (For information about upcoming training
times go to the Calendar Page.) Colorado
Ushers understands you would like to start ushering right away...you
can! While you are waiting to attend the New Volunteer Training
we will be happy to place you in various assignments.
It seems like a lot of work to volunteer,
but it is worth it!
Once you become a Colorado Ushers volunteer, you will receive a
newsletter on the first of the month listing all the volunteer opportunities
available. Just look over the list and let Colorado Ushers know
when and where you would like to help out. It’s that simple!
